COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Steenhof Brothers conducts litigation in all of the Courts and Tribunals in Western Australia, including the Magistrates Court, the State Administrative Tribunal, the District and Supreme Courts and the Federal and High Courts of Australia. We seek early amicable resolution of disputes in the best interests of our clients if possible. PROPERTY AND LEASING

Steenhof Brothers has an extensive human rights practice. Steenhof Brothers has experience in relevant courts and tribunals, and has even acted for selected clients interstate on human rights matters.

We work for select local governments and a number of private clients in planning and compliance matters. This includes advice and representation in relation to planning and environmental legislation.

We have experience in planning appeals to SAT for private clients and for many charitable organisations.

WILLS & ESTATES

Steenhof Brothers provides a wills and estate planning practice that is particularly suited to business clients and co-ordinates closely with other professional advisors to provide effective estate advice that keeps matters simple while attaining the specific and often complex estate goals of the client. We also advise on and prepare enduring powers of attorney and enduring powers of guardianship. We also provide assistance from time to time with probate matters and will challenges.
